October's favorites | 2018

Hi guys!

I know it has been a long time since my last month fav (I haven't done one since August I think), but I am now back with a new one, dealing with october.

So here are the things I really enjoyed last month:

Cable girls | TV show review

Hi guys!

It's been a long time since I have begun the TV series Las chicas del cable. In fact, I watched it a few days after it was available on Netflix. It has actually become one of my favorite TV series (plus the original voices are in Spanish, which allows me to practice this language), because it contains everything it needs to keep things interesting : murders, drug traffic, a huge feminist touch (as the story takes place in the 20es, it was necessary) and love stories.

The Truman show, Peter Weir | Movie review

Hi guys!
I've recently watch the movie The Truman show (as a lot of people are talking about it) (it is on Netflix, if you wonder) and I really had a crush for this movie. So here is my review!

My best breakfast for before school

Hi guys!

Since I began school, I always had issues to find the perfect balance for my breakfasts (I'm not gonna lie, it is mainly because I did not eat fruits). But I have recently discovered my perfect breakfast, the one which enables me not to be hungry until 12 am and to feel full of energy all day long (this is really important to me since I recently started a hard university program which takes me almost all my day time).

Sooo I have two types of breakfast before school, it depends of the situation.

  • My almost everyday breakfast:
I take a fruit (sometimes I put Nutella or chocolate with it, when I don't feel like eating fruits), I ad a cup of green tea (which has a lot of benefits for the body, I am probably going to write an article about it, so stay tuned if you want to know more about the benefits of green tea ;), I also eat a bowl of muesli with yoghurt or milk, and a glass of orange juice.

I really like this breakfast because it ends to wake me up and when I arrive to school I am not worried about when I'm going to eat, or when I am going to sleep again : I feel fully waken up.

  • BUT I also have a less healthy alternative, for the times I hung out the night before (which doesn't happen frequently, but still):
I take 2 or 3 slices of brioche with Nutella (or a more healthy and ecological alternative Nocciolata, which does not contain palm oil), with a big glass of still water and an apple (which has basically the same waking up effect as coffee).

Even when I don't feel like eating, this stays in my stomach and enables me to follow my morning courses until I feel more awake in the afternoon. (Disclaimer : I do not say this is a miracle breakfast, but it enables me at least to stay awake and to follow the course)

So here it is! What's your's? You can tell me in comment. Don't forget to subscribe at the top of the blog. You can also follow me on:
