My resolutions for 2019

Hi guys !
2018 is coming to its end and really, I'm feeling a little nostalgic about it. I mean, my life really changed this year : I turned 18 (really big step for me for sure), I ended high-school, I received my driving-license and so much more. And I'm feeling really grateful for this year : I learned a lot about myself and the person I want to become. So here are my resolutions for 2019!

How to stick to your new year's resolutions

Hi guys !
As the new year is soon beginning, I wrote an article about new year's resolutions and the most important part of them: how to stick to them. We all know that the gym is always full during the first week of January, but then it is back to normal a week later. People, full motivated, take life-changing resolutions at the end of the year. The problem is that they give up on them (mostly) a week later, not motivated anymore. Sooo I've come up with some solutions to help you to stay motivated all year long and to get what you want.

My bucket-list for 2018

Hi!
I always want to make a lot of things when a new year comes and I never manage to do even the half. So for this year, I made a bucket-list, to keep my goals in mind, and here it is
  • Go on a big trip with friends. I've always wanted to make this in the summer after my last high-school year. I've already planned it and it's gonna be liiiiiit
  • Go on a road trip. Pray god for my driving-licence
  • Yoga on the beach. I don't even know how to yoga yet, but it seems fun and classy
  • Make a run on the beach, believe it or not, I've never done it
  • Make a lantern fly, like in Rapunzel
  • Throw a big party in the mountain. Seems really fun
  • Save money, for bigger projects
  • Watch all the Star-Wars movies. I've always wanted to do it, but I never found the time.
  • Throw a surprise party to my sister. Cause she deserves it.
  • Make something incredible. I don't know what, but something incredible.
So here it is! What's your's? You can tell me in comment. Don't forget to subscribe at the top of the blog. You can also follow me on:

10 things to do before 2018!

1. Set up your goals for the year to come: and make a plan. It's gonna be easier to achieve them.

2. Rearrange your living place: make a big tidying.

3. Share love: it's christmas. A lot of people are spending Christmas time alone. Smile more to people you don't know, even if it's not on your mind right in that moment. Just a smile can make a day better.

4. Make somethign crazy and positive: I am not talking about something forbidden, but more about something that scares you or that you wouldn't usually do.

5. Sort your dressing: I'm sure you're not wearing half of it, but you still keep it. Make place! You can sell your old cloths, or make wathever you do with it, but make place for your new year!

6. Plannify. What is your bucket list for the year to come? Make plans for it, even if it seems in a long time, believe it or not, it's gonna come fast.

7. Enjoy the christmas hollidays to take care of your family and your friends

8. Make a plan to finally be body positive

9. Forecast a trip alone

10. Enjoy the moment. Eat what you want for christmas. You got time after it for a diet or a workout.
