A little time ago, I have watched a movie which is called The Intern. It is the story of a successful clothing brand (like asos), which marketing service started to hire senior interns to improve their corporate image. The new intern, which was a manager for his entire life, has lost his wife and was feeling a little lonely at home, is chosen to partner with the brand creator and CEO Jules Austin. The movie is about how Ben, the intern, enjoys life again and how Jules finds time for her family again.
I really enjoyed this movie, it was love at first sight like American say. First of all, the main parts are two of my favorite actors : Robert De Niro in the part of the pensioner and Anne Hathaway in the part of the boss. I think they really did a good job with this movie, because they broke some tabou about retirement, which a lot of people aspire to catch, but which is really hard for people who loved their job. Also, they finally showed a girl boss who is making it to combine job and family.
