1. Don't touch your phone when you come back home
If you don't leave it alone, you will easily lose 10 to 15 minutes procrastinating
2. Prepare yourself some snack to eat while working, it is going to motivate you. Make something healthy, like fruits and a tea (if you want a list of snacks, you can ask in comments)
3. Make a planning, like a to-do list of what you need to do this evening. It is not only going to motivate you but also going to give you a feeling of achievement
