5 tips to feel better after a day of work



1. Make yourself some tea. British drink it every day, don't you think there is a reason?

2. Take a bath. And just relax.

3. Listen to relaxing music. Electro Posé got a good playlist, if you wanna check

4. Take a walk, or a run. This is gonna give you positive energy.

5. If even  know, there is something still on your mind, write it. Write everything. You can burn the paper or do wathever you want with it but write your thoughts.
